Cancellation Policy for Consumers
For the purposes of this cancellation policy, ‘consumer’ means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.
Notwithstanding the above, in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several instalments or items, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last instalment or the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://prawitz.de/vertrag-widerrufen exercise. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Information on returning goods
The information set out in this section does not constitute a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Please do not send the goods to us carriage forward.
Please return the goods as a prepaid parcel to the specified returns address and keep the proof of posting.
Please take care not to damage or soil the goods.
Please return the goods to us, if possible, in their original packaging and outer packaging, together with all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging or outer packaging, you should use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit and to avoid any claims for compensation arising from damage caused by inadequate packaging.
