Cancellation policy

The right of revocation and return for distance contracts pursuant to Section 312 g (1) of the German Civil Code (BGB) is excluded pursuant to Section 312 g (2) No. 1 BGB if goods are not prefabricated and the manufacture of the goods is based on an individual selection or determination by the consumer or if they are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. For this reason, all photo products from Tatjana Prawitz – Fine Art Photography are non-returnable.
