In order to keep delivery times as short as possible, your order will be sent to production immediately after receipt. Therefore, subsequent changes or cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Please also note that products from Tatjana Prawitz – Fine Art Photography are custom-made products manufactured according to your specifications and therefore no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
The satisfaction of my customers is, of course, very important to me. If you are completely dissatisfied with the photo product you have ordered, please do not return it without consulting me first. In this case, please send me an email to info@prawitz.de , with a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product. You are welcome to include a few sample photos of the product you received.
